FUTURE MEETINGS
First European Phycological Congress--Cologne
The Congress will be held August 11-18, 1996, in Cologne (Köln), Germany. The meeting will provide a broad forum for phycologists, young and established, from all over Europe and overseas for communication and discussion on many fascinating aspects of phycology--from molecular to organismic subjects, including freshwater and marine habitats as well as applied and basic research. 15th Symposium of the North American Lake Management Society
This symposium will take place at the Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, November 6-11, 1995. The theme will be "Aquatic Ecosystem Stewardship." The Federation of Ontario Cottager's Associations (FOCA) will also be there for their fall meeting. Special sessions include:
